📍 Location: Taffs Well Base Camp, Trails & Surrounding Hills
🗓️ Start Date: Sunday, 11th January 2026
⏰ Schedule:
• Tuesday – Strength & Conditioning (19:30–20:30)
• Sunday – Weekend Trail Run Session (09:00–10:30)

💪 Total: 2 coached sessions per week if purchasing the Full Wild Rise outdoor block. Or 1 Sunday Trail run if purchasing the 8 week trail running block
