What Is Wild Rise?

Wild Rise combines outdoor strength & conditioning, trail running and adventure-based fitness in a supportive community environment.

Our members train together every Wednesday and Sunday, building strength, fitness, confidence and resilience outdoors.

Whether you're an experienced runner or completely new to trail running, our sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive and suitable for all abilities.
