About Andy
My name is Andrew and I will be your coach and leader, supporting you and helping you achieve your goals throughout your journey with us.
I have a proven track record in helping people better themselves, both from a health and wellbeing perspective and from a professional and academic background.
Background & Interests
- I enjoy all aspects of strength and conditioning.
- Hiking, trail running, mountain biking, SUP, kayaking, surfing, snowboarding…basically anything outdoors that gets your heart racing.
- Nutrition and performance
- Functional and movement training.

Experience
- 10 years experience working in the leisure industry as a fitness instructor, class coach, personal trainer and fitness suite manager.
- 2 years experience delivering exercise referral programs helping people reverse conditions such as diabetes and manage their health and wellbeing following illness and disease, helping them live more independent lifestyles.
- 5 years experience volunteering as a sports coach, supporting the senior and university American Football teams based in South Wales.
- 3 years experience as an assistant coach at The Green Mile Movement delivering challenging but fun classes to groups.

- Climbed Kilimanjaro.
- Completed the Wales Coastal Path.

- Competed in UKBFF body building competitions.
- Selected for GB Universities American Football Team.
