Why Wild Rise Exists
A new way to train, outdoors.
January is usually loud.
Crowded gyms. Big promises. Quick fixes.
And by February, the motivation fades.
Wild Rise was created as an alternative to that cycle.
Not because there’s anything wrong with wanting to get fitter — but because how we train matters just as much as what we do.
Training Should Feel Human Again
Wild Rise was built on a simple idea:
Movement works best when it happens outdoors, with purpose, and with people around you.
Strength training doesn’t need mirrors and machines to be effective.
Running doesn’t need roads and pace pressure to be rewarding.
When you train outside — on trails, hills and real terrain — something changes:
-Your body adapts in a more natural way
-Your mind switches off from noise and stress
-Progress feels meaningful, not forced
-That’s the environment we wanted to create.
What Wild Rise Looks Like in Practice
Every Wild Rise session follows a simple, intentional flow:
Strength first. Trails second.
We start with outdoor strength and conditioning — bodyweight movements, functional exercises, carries, and work that builds real-world strength.
Then we move straight into the hills and trails.
Not racing. Not chasing times. Just steady, coached movement that builds confidence, endurance and resilience.
It’s not about being the fastest or strongest in the group.
It’s about showing up and progressing — together.
Who Wild Rise Is For
Wild Rise is for:
-People who are new to outdoor training
-People who are already active but want something different
-People who’ve struggled to stick with gyms or rigid routines
-People who want fitness to support their life, not take it over
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.
You just need to be open to moving outdoors.
Why We’re Starting With Free January Sessions
We know starting something new can feel daunting.
That’s why all January sessions are running as free tasters.
January is about:
-Trying it for yourself
-Feeling the sessions
-Meeting the coaches and community
-Deciding if Wild Rise is right for you
-There’s no pressure and no commitment.
Our first full 8-week paid block begins in February, but January is your chance to experience Wild Rise properly.
Two Days to Go
In two days, Wild Rise officially begins.
Not with a big launch or flashy promises — but with people meeting outdoors, moving together, and starting something that feels sustainable.
If you’ve been looking for a different way to train this year, we’d love to welcome you.
🌿 First session: Sunday 11th January
📍 Based around Taffs Well & the surrounding hills

Final Thought
Wild Rise isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency, connection, and finding strength — outdoors.
We’re excited to get started.
